Ideal for maintaining or starting locs, this service secures your roots for a neat, long-lasting finish. Hair can be styled into a simple protective look upon request as an additional service. For custom styling options, please consult with the salon prior to booking to confirm availability and any additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
1. Who Can Book Clients must be 18+ to book. Under 18s need parent/guardian consent. All details provided must be accurate. 2. Services We offer beauty, fashion, and lifestyle services in-salon and online. Services may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. 3. Appointments Book online or in person. A confirmation email will be sent (check spam or contact us at itsthefinishedlook@gmail.com if not received). 4. Deposits & Payments A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure bookings. Balance is due on the day of service. We accept cash, card, and online payments. Prices may change without notice. 5. Cancellations Cancel or reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. Late cancellations forfeit deposits. Late arrivals may shorten your service; no-shows forfeit deposits and require a new one to rebook. 6. Salon Etiquette Arrive 10 minutes early. Only one guest is allowed in the waiting area. Children are welcome only if receiving a service. 7. Service Timeframes Listed durations are estimates. Actual times may vary depending on individual needs and treatment details. 8. Products All sales are final unless a product is defective. We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or results that vary between individuals. Please follow usage instructions carefully. 9. Service Promise If you experience an issue, notify us within 5 days for a complimentary adjustment. After 5 days, or if aftercare instructions weren’t followed, a fee may apply. 10. Aftercare Your beauty professional will provide aftercare guidance to help maintain results. Following instructions ensures continued support at no cost. 11. Right to Refuse We may decline service in cases of repeated lateness, missed appointments, unsafe, or disruptive behavior. 12. Liability Results vary. The Finished Look is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from services or products. 13. Photos & Videos By booking, you consent to photos/videos being taken for marketing, social media, and educational purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, please inform us before your appointment.
